OUR MISSION

The Texas A&M student chapter of the Society For Biomaterials aims to encourage the development, dissemination, integration, and utilization of knowledge in biomaterials by identifying students interested in biomaterials, promoting student research, education, and professional development in biomaterials, and encouraging increased interaction between students and biomaterial professionals. In addition, the student chapter aims to further the goals of the national Society for Biomaterials.

WHAT WE DO

Inspiration from Biomaterials!

Our organization strives to bring inspiration to all walks of life, especially as it relates to biomaterials. Events such as the Physics & Engineering Festival allow us to showcase the awesome-side of materials in biomedical and biological applications. But we don't stop there! Throughout the year, we go to local Middle Schools in the Bryan/College Station area and host fun, educational projects that both enlighten and motivate the students (including ourselves!).
